Marking International Women in Engineering Day 2021 at Cervest

We’re marking International Women in Engineering Day 2021 to celebrate the women scientists and engineers at Cervest who create our technology and our products. Our team is currently 40% women, and we strive for higher.

Three of our colleagues share their reflections on being young women working in STEM in the videos below.

Senior Front-end Engineer Soukaina Bouaziz talks movingly about the challenges she faced early in her career tackling some of the prejudices of her male colleagues.

Software Engineer Areeba Yusaf shares some thoughts for young women thinking about careers in engineering.

Junior Scientist Ramani Lachyan explains how the support of a great team has helped her thrive in her first job out of university.

If you’re interested in learning more about Cervest, get in touch, or check out our vacancies. We’re recruiting across all areas of our business, including Science and Engineering. Women, LGBTQIA+ and minority applicants are especially welcome!
